Cancellation/Return Policy : If you opt to cancel your order, please note that a minimum 1 weeks' notice before your scheduled pickup date is required for custom orders. Rush orders placed less than 6 days in advance are non-refundable. For larger orders we ask for at least a 2 weeks' notice. Failure to give appropriate cancelation notice on any order may result in no refund. No returns.​

 Pickup Policy: We are not responsible for any damages that occur after pickup or delivery (including storage, setup/display, location, weather, temp., etc.) Please handle your items with care and transport them safely. After pickup/delivery you are responsible for serving and removing and existing supports and non-edible decorations. Additional care information will be available upon pickup.
