Keep different kinds of cookies in different containers . If stacking, place parchment between each layer. Storing cookies in fridge can dry them out, store in airtight container at room temp. Cookies will maintain taste and texture for up to 3 days at room tempature. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. To defrost leave at room temp. for 2-3 hours or microwave for 5-10 sec.

Pick up dates are booked on a first come first serve basis with deposit payment and order finalization required made within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation and price quote. Failure to make this payment will result in an unsecured order. If changes to your order need to be made, please notify us immediately. Though changes are not guaranteed we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Cancellation/REturn POlicy
Cancellation/Return Policy : If you opt to cancel your order, please note that a minimum 1 weeks' notice before your scheduled pickup date is required for custom orders. Rush orders placed less than 6 days in advance are non-refundable. For larger orders we ask for at least a 2 weeks' notice. Failure to give appropriate cancelation notice on any order may result in no refund. No returns.

PICK-UP POLICY
We are not responsible for any damages that occur after pickup or delivery (including storage, setup/display, location, weather, temp., etc.) Please handle your items with care and transport them safely. After pickup/delivery you are responsible for serving and removing and existing supports and non-edible decorations. Additional care information will be available upon pickup.
