ORDER POLICY

By placing order and/or submitting this form you agree to our order policies and are aware that products are produced in a residential kitchen that may process common food allergens. Please inform me of any allergies and I will do my best to accommodate you. Pick up dates are booked on a first come first serve basis with deposit payment and order finalization required made within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation and price quote. Failure to make this payment will result in an unsecured order.  If changes to your order need to be made, please notify us immediately. Though changes are not guaranteed we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are looking for a more urgent order, please message me directly @ 781-588-8849 and I will do my best to accommodate. Rush orders are subject to additional charge.

Cancellation/REturn POlicy

Cancellation/Return Policy : If you opt to cancel your order, please note that a minimum 1 weeks' notice before your scheduled pickup date is required for custom orders. Rush orders placed less than 6 days in advance are non-refundable. For larger orders we ask for at least a 2 weeks' notice. Failure to give appropriate cancelation notice on any order may result in no refund. No returns.​
