ORDER POLICY

By placing order and/or submitting this form you agree to our order policies and are aware that products are produced in a residential kitchen that may process common food allergens. Please inform me of any allergies and I will do my best to accommodate you. Pick up dates are booked on a first come first serve basis full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation/invoice. Failure to make this payment will result in an unsecured order.  If changes to your order need to be made, please notify us immediately. Though changes are not guaranteed we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation/REturn POlicy

No Returns.  Pre-order cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation begin shortly after. If you need assistance or have questions before placing your order, please reach out at jbakes2003@gmail.com or 781‑588‑8849.

PICK-UP POLICY

 We are not responsible for any damages that occur after pickup or delivery (including storage, setup/display, location, weather, temp., etc.) Please handle your items with care and transport them safely. After pickup/delivery you are responsible for serving and removing any existing supports and non-edible decorations. Additional care information will be available upon pickup.
